The Mortimers Cross Inn   

The inn has retained many of its original features, including exposed oak beams, an original ‘wheel pulley’, ‘dragon ties’, a well, original oak panelling dating back to the 13th Century and Inglenook fireplaces amongst others. The Gables Guest House   

The Gables Guest House is a fine example of the traditional Black & White architecture of Herefordshire. This large half-timbered building, built of the local oak, stands proudly in the centre of Weobley. Looking out on it's six hundred plus years of history it surely has many tales to tell. Weobley, Wibelai in the Domesday book hides it's history of once being a medieval borough town returning two members to parliament.
